Why should I take this course?
In this course I’m going to show you some more advanced New Pilates excercises.
These exercises are mostly on the floor or in standing position. As a starting position I use all 4, supine or plank position. For some of the exercises I use tools like bend or foam roller but it’s possible to do without them.
I never focus on one muscle group only rather I developed uniques and complex combinations. By involving ever single muscles can help you you to achieve a balanced and well toned body.
